I've received various requests for change of pre-order gifts for Jay Chou Autographed CAPRICORN Album. However as the payment for the pre-orders has already been remitted via international bank transfer, I'm unable to change the gift now without a penalty. Do spare me a couple of minutes of your time and hear me out :)The thing is... the changing of gift is not just a simple switch, but involve major logistics issues. This is because the Rubik’s Cube is a gift from the CD store, while the Calendar is released by 7-11.
Which means, in order for the switch to take place, I have to:-
Please do pardon me, I don't wish to come across as unhelpful or unaccomodating, which is why I chose to make this post to let everyone know the logistics involved. As seen above, the CD+gift are sold by 2 different parties, hence its not as simple as going back to one person and just request for a change of gift.
1. Cancel the order with the CD store (which I have already made payment for), then
2. Order from 7-11 and make another remittance (and the bank charges is SGD75 o.O) , or
3. Ask the CD store staff to use the extra amount from the CDs I cancelled with them to order from 7-11 so that I don’t have to do another remittance (which I doubt they will help. I mean seriously, why would they help their competitor increase sales when they are selling the same item?)
Therefore, I would really appreciate if current buyers do not change the gift at this point in time, unless you are willing to share the extra remittance charge of SGD75 amongst yourselves (currently I have 4 such requests); potential buyers please consider carefully which gift you want before placing orders to avoid hassle and confusion :)
